Note:

  • Taxes included in fees.
  • The costs derived from bank transfers are chargeable to the congress participants.
  • Proof of enrolment in university studies will be required for student registrations.
  • The presentation of each article entails an inscription.
  • The promotional price at the website is valid up to February 10th, 2026.
  • Participants submitting papers to the Congress have to register by 10th February 2026 in order to the paper will be included in the Congress Proceedings.
  • A paper without payment will be removed from the conference proceeding.

REFUND POLICY:

  • Cancellation requests must be sent by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat, rehabend@unican.es, to proceed with the refund.
  • Delegates: deadline for cancellation requests is August 15th, 2022. The percentage amount to be refunded depends on the cancellation date: 60% by June 15th, 2022; 40% by July 15th, 2022; and 20% by August 15th, 2022.
  • Student registrations: deadline for cancellation requests is June 15th, 2022. The percentage amount to be refunded is 60%.
